We process the data you provide in the booking form: name, email, phone number and message content. When concluding a rental agreement, we also process identity document data to the extent required by law.
We process your data solely to handle your request, to conclude and perform the rental agreement and to fulfil legal obligations.
Form data is kept for the time necessary to handle your request, at most 12 months. Rental agreement data is kept for the period required by law.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict its processing and lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
