These terms govern the relationship between the lessor, BelanGroup s. r. o., Klátova Nová Ves 555, 958 44, Slovakia (Company ID/IČO: 57161747, Tax ID/DIČ: 2122594705), operating the VectoRental rental service, and the lessee for the rental of motor vehicles and the provision of transport services.
The lessee must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid category B driving licence and present two identity documents. A refundable deposit according to the price list is paid at pickup.
The rental price follows the current price list published on this website. The price includes liability insurance, roadside assistance and the SK/CZ highway vignette. Payment is made at vehicle pickup.
The lessee must use the vehicle in the usual manner, observe traffic regulations, make no modifications to the vehicle and return it at the agreed time in the condition received.
The lessee is liable for damage caused to the vehicle during the rental that is not covered by insurance. The deductible and insurance conditions are specified in the rental agreement.
A booking can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the agreed pickup. A cancellation fee may apply to later cancellations.
Legal relations not governed by these terms are subject to the laws of the Slovak Republic. Specific rental conditions are set out in the rental agreement signed at pickup.
